3 Simple Seafood Marinades

Looking to achieve flavourful fish on short notice? The secret is good marinades, and these three are a must try!

For the marinades, simply mix the ingredients up, toss it in with your chosen choice of protein (fish, prawn cutlets, scallops), and stick it the fridge and allow to soak up the flavour.

Note:

As fish is delicate, avoid leaving citrus-based marinades on the fish for more than 10 to 15 minutes. The acid in lemons or limes will ‘cook’ the fish if left in for too long.
