Blue Mackerel would be one of the best looking fish in the ocean. It has a strong flavour, firm flesh with large flakes. If you are master at smoking fish, or even curing, mackerel would need to be high on your radar as a go to product. Smoke your mackerel, or cure your mackerel for amazing results.

- You will get 3 - 6 whole mackerel per kg
- if the fish exceeds minimum weight there will not be an extra charge
