Deep Sea John Dory Fish has excellent table qualities, the white boneless, meaty flesh is firm and full of flavour. It has a mild, sweet flavour and a moist medium texture with fine flakes and few bones. There are a variety of ways to cook the fish- make sure to treat the fish with the utmost respect.
