Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C
Step 2
Rub olive oil and garlic on each side of the Barramundi. Season each side of the barramundi with salt and pepper and top with thinly sliced lemons.
Step 3
Place the fish in an oven proof dish or tray and wrap around with foil.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for approximately 35 – 45 mins, make sure to check it’s cooked through. Enjoy!
