In a bowl toss the asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2: Cook the Asparagus
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the asparagus and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp, then remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Salmon
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 4: Add & Serve
In the last minute of cooking, add lemon slices to the skillet to caramelise. Plate with the asparagus and top with lemon slices.
