Homemade Eggplant Parmigiana

Bianco's products are carefully crafted using traditional recipes and methods, passed through generations, using only the best natural Australian ingredients. Bianco’s Eggplant Parmigiana is carefully constructed by hand, creating a unique, flavoursome experience.

Cooking Instructions:

Remove the plastic lid and replace it with foil. Place the tray in the oven at 180°C. From frozen approximately 50-60 minutes, if defrosted approximately 30-40 minutes. 5 minutes before it is cooked, remove the foil and allow it to brown on top. Allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
