Big Eye Perch Fish looks just as it sounds- big eyes, large mouth and luscious reddish skin. It has an extremely white flesh and moist texture. Poaching or baking with adequate seasoning can enhance the delicate flavours of the fish

  • if the fish exceeds the minimum weight there will not be an extra charge
