Murray Cod fish has a beautiful, succulent texture. Farmed down the south coast of New South Wales, this fish has a spectacular firm flesh, with a clean almost juicy flavour. Perfect baked, used to make fish soup, or simply thrown in the oven.

How does my Murray Cod Fish come:

  • the fixed price of your fish is based on gross weight
  • it will have a minimum gross weight of 2.5kg
  • if the fish exceeds the minimum weight there will not be an extra charge
