Our herb crust Tasmanian Salmon is prepared in house with a beautiful choice of mixed herbs, spices and butter then carefully spread over the top of a fresh side of salmon. All you need to do is bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the herb crust is golden brown and serve. Treat yourself to this delightful experience and indulge in the exquisite flavour of our  Salmon with Herb Crust. Available every week, from Tuesday to Saturday.

How does my Salmon Herb Crust come:

  • the fixed price of your fish is based on a minimum weight of 1kg
  • if the fish is above the minimum weight there will be no extra charge
  • serves 4-6 people
