Fresh sardine fish fillets are only available sporadically and when the freshness is at peak. Caught up and down the coastline of New South Wales these local fish are great baked, or even cured. With a saltiness and quite an intense flavour they are not for the faint hearted, but when fresh and cooked right they are amazing with a squeeze of lemon

- your price does not change if the fish is above the minimum weight
