Truffle Hot Sauce Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 340 g spaghetti or pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Truffle Hill truffle hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Additional Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
    • Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes (be careful not to burn the garlic).
  3. Make the Creamy Sauce:
    • Reduce the heat to low, add the heavy cream, and stir to combine.
    • Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
    • Stir in the truffle hot sauce, mixing well.
  4. Combine Pasta and Sauce:
    • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sauce.
    • Toss to coat the pasta evenly, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  5. Season and Serve:
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese.
    • Serve immediately.
